All natural and legal persons, aged 18 or over, or their authorized representatives, and fully competent, have the opportunity to book our service. Payment for our service is to be made by bank transfer/invoice, PayPal, or in cash on the day of departure. Sending the booking to constitutes a binding offer to conclude a parking space rental agreement. sends an email confirming the booking and listing its details as booked. A contract with this content is thus concluded.

A change of the billing address is not possible subsequently.


Upon conclusion of the contract, the customer acquires the right for one-time pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle at the terminal as well as the parking of their vehicle in the public parking area managed by for the agreed period in the booking. (Max. 30 km) The vehicle handover at departure must take place at least 30 minutes before the start of check-in as indicated by the airline. If this period is not met, is only liable for a delayed acceptance of the vehicle if the flight cannot be reached due to's fault. Liability for force majeure is excluded. is not liable for damages caused by other persons. This also applies to theft, hidden defects, underbody damage, any error messages on the vehicle. also does not assume liability for minor scratches and minor paint damage/chips, chips on the windshield, dents, rims, or tire damage, as these are often not recognizable due to vehicle dirt or poor lighting conditions at the airport at the time of handover. However, a video recording is made at handover, which does not exclude the above clause. This is only used to determine the general condition of the vehicle. Rollback - The customer confirms on-site that their vehicle is received as on the arrival/handover day. A complaint is only permissible on-site, as acceptance and actual condition are checked and documented directly by our employees. Subsequent liability claims regarding damages are excluded.

Due to the KISS-and-FLY zone at Stuttgart Airport, we ask you to contact us by phone 30 minutes before your planned car drop-off time. Only after your call will an employee wait for you at Terminal 2+3. If you do not announce your car drop-off in advance and drive to the meeting point independently, Parkoa will not cover any costs incurred at the KISS-and-FLY zone.


Upon conclusion of the contract, the customer acquires the right for one-time parking of their vehicle in the public parking area managed by for the agreed period in the booking. There is no entitlement to a specific parking space. Areas marked exclusively as short-term parking areas are excluded from the right of use. offers the customer and any accompanying persons a free transportation service from the parking lot/parking garage to Stuttgart Airport and back. This free transportation service can only be used once per route per booking. A maximum of 4 persons can travel free of charge per booking. For a transfer of more than 4 persons per vehicle, a surcharge must be paid. The number of persons to be transported is bindingly specified at the time of booking. If too few persons are specified, we reserve the right to charge €10.00 per additional person for the return journey. The actual number of persons to be transported is bindingly stated at the time of booking. Transport to the airport takes place after the customer arrives and is carried out as group transportation, so waiting times cannot be excluded. (Waiting time max. 30 min). Noticeably intoxicated and/or disruptive persons will not be transported for safety reasons. The customer is responsible for ensuring punctual arrival, including that of accompanying persons. It is recommended to enter at least three hours before the scheduled departure time. is not liable for non-arrival or late arrival, especially at check-in or for the flight, unless the above-mentioned obstacles are met.

Shuttle times are from 06:15 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Outside of these times, a night surcharge of €20.00 applies. Delays will be charged at €10.00 per additional day.

We would like to point out that after the parking process, each vehicle must be parked in reverse. As operators of a public parking lot, we recommend that every shuttle customer takes a video or photo of their vehicle to document its condition before parking. It is important to emphasize that we cannot be held liable for damages to vehicles. Our staff is instructed not to move vehicles, and any damages or losses occurring during parking are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. In advance, contact the scheduling department to arrange the appointment. Here, your data will be recorded (i.e., name, address, email or phone number, as well as flight details, license plate number, type and color of the vehicle, as well as the comprehensive/civil liability insurance under which the vehicle is insured).
