How can I cancel my reservation?

How does shuttle parking work?

You drive to the parking area near the airport, park your vehicle, and take a shuttle to the terminal.

How much extra time should I plan?

We recommend planning a small buffer on top of your usual arrival time (e.g., 10–15 minutes).

Where is the parking area located?

The exact address is sent after booking in your confirmation (for security and operational reasons).

Valet

What does “valet” mean?

With valet parking, you drive directly to the terminal and hand over your vehicle at the agreed meeting point. Our team parks it securely and returns it when you come back.

Where does the handover take place?

The handover takes place at the agreed meeting point at the terminal. Details are provided after booking.

How does the return work?

After you return, your car will be ready at the agreed meeting point. You can hop in and drive off.
